Our menu celebrates European food culture adapted for a Canadian audience. Breakfast features Canadian classics with Italian touches — beautifully crafted Eggs Benedict, savoury Spinach & Salmon Pancakes, crispy Beef Arancini, and delicate crepes. At lunch, the kitchen shifts to its Italian roots with handmade pasta inspired by regional tradition — from silky Rigatoni Nerano to a proper Roman Carbonara made with Pecorino Romano and Italian-cured bacon.
